Our production and showroom are located in the heart of Cologne. Here you can get to know us and our In-Ears at your leisure and let us advise you. If you want to buy straight away, we can design your In-Ears together and take your ear impressions directly on site.

If you want to get straight down to business, we'll make your ear impressions and design your In-Ears together. After 3-4 weeks, your In-Ears will be ready and you'll finally be holding them in your hands!

If you would like to visit us in Cologne, please contact us in advance for an appointment! Unfortunately, we are often unable to make spontaneous visits possible. Of course, we want to take plenty of time for you and give you enough time with us and have to plan accordingly.

We have dealers all over Germany and worldwide. There you can have a listen to our models, design your In-Rars and make the ear impressions directly on site. Please contact the reseller in advance for an appointment.

If a trip to Cologne is too far for you, you can also visit one of our resellers for advice and to test our models. If you decide to make a purchase, our retailer will take the impressions directly on site and help you design your In-Ears.

Please note that payment and orders are processed directly by the reseller. However, prices* and service requirements are the same everywhere. And of course, the production is always in Cologne - no matter where you order your In-Ears!

If neither we nor a reseller are in your area, you can also simply order your In-Ears yourself using our configurator and have ear impressions taken by a hearing care professional of your choice.

If you don't have us or a reseller nearby, you can also order your In-Ears yourself using our configurator and have your ear impressions taken by a hearing care professional of your choice. If you already have 3D scans of old impressions that still fit you, you can also use these.

Contact us at any time if you have any questions about individual models. We will do our best to help, even from a distance.

Information on taking impressions at hearing aid professionals

When ordering via the configurator, you can specify that you want your ear impressions to be taken by a hearing care professional of your choice and sent to us. You will then receive further information and impression instructions in the order confirmation. Please inform the hearing care professional about these impression instructions. It is essential that the impressions are made correctly and with the right material so that we can build your In-Ears. If you have any questions on site, you can always call us.

You can usually have ear impressions made at any hearing care professional. However, we recommend that you call 2-3 different ones in advance and ask about the cost of the impressions. While the impression taking is included with us or a reseller, you will have to pay extra in this case. The costs here are usually between 20 € - 60 €.

As soon as you have made your ear impressions, please send them to us well packed and shockproof. You will also receive all the information in your order confirmation.
