Since we have already processed your ear impressions once and permanently save the scans of these, you can order a new CIEM without new impressions. As a small loyalty bonus you get your additional VE CIEM at a lower price!

How to apply for the Family Deal?
In order to apply for the VE Family Deal, please indicate the reference „family deal“ in the comment field, when you are ordering the additional In-Ear.
To verify the previous order, we will need additional following data from you:
- VE-number (e.g.: VE1637901 - purchases from 06/2016 on)
- Order name of previous order
- Order date / invoice date of previous order
- Copy/Scan of previous invoice (via e-mail)
The more data we get, the easier we can find your previous order and confirm the VE Family deal for you.
